The Giant Panda, one of the most delightful and captivating of animals, is also one of the most vulnerable species.
The best scientific estimates indicate that there are less than 2,500 Giant Pandas remaining in the world today (www.pandasinternational.org, 2020).
With your help, we think we can all increase that number!
The mission of Pandas International, a nonprofit organization, is to ensure the preservation and propagation of the vulnerable Giant Panda.
Pandas International provides public awareness and education, support for research, habitat preservation and enhancement, and assistance to Giant Panda Centers (www.pandasinternational.org, 2020).
We have decided to partner with Pandas International to help them with their mission.
Pandas International's goals are to ensure that not one captive or wild panda is lost; that the species propagates and thrives; and, that their habitat is preserved in a responsible and sustainable manner. (www.pandasinternational.org, 2020).
Our super cute PandaMania NFT collection of 999 unique Pandas will raise money to help Pandas International with the propagation and preservation of the Giant Panda. Not only will that help ensure biodiversity, but it will have a beneficial impact on the economic viability of the area through ecotourism, bamboo planting and harvesting by local villagers, and employment at the various Panda Centers in the region. Each Panda in the PandaMania NFT collection has the capability to save Giant Pandas here on planet earth.
We will donate 50% of all proceeds that come from this collection to Pandas International. This includes royalties (2.5%), also. Once we hit our goal of $50,000, we will continue to make donations. That is just our first major milestone!
Pandas International has been in operation since 1999, and is one of the largest contributors to Giant Panda sustainment and repopulation. They are highly respected as a charitable organization, and have received high accolades from multiple entities that screen charities for safety and fiscal responsibility. OUR STORY
We are a family of 5 from Boise, Idaho. We also have 3 dogs, 4 cats, and a hamster. One of the passions that we all share is our love for animals, both domesticated and wild. We want to devote time and energy to improve the lives of animals across the world. Another one of our passions is our love for art of all kinds.
As a young family, we are always finding new activities to do together and developing different hobbies as a group.
Since we discovered the world of NFTs, all of us fell in love with the different projects, the art, the utility....all of it! We all knew pretty quickly that we wanted to do a collection of our own.
We have decided to mix our passions of art/NFTs and animals into what we call our first NFT collection...PandaMania.
While witnessing the amount of passion in the NFT community, we think PandaMania can attract a community of like-minded people who want to help wildlife and the planet in general.

Abel - Karate Purple Belt. Energetic, creative, and a friend to all. Grew up surrounded by and protected by a house full of cats and dogs.
Josi - Gymnast and Ballerina. Has an intense drive to learn. Not an animal on earth that doesn't love her.
Nora - Wise beyond her years. Basketball lover. Organized and keeps us all in check.
Shanna - Brings the most expertise of animal conservation efforts to the team. Has spent hundreds of hours devoted to the rescue of cats. Almost has a Master's Degree in social work, and hopes to devote her life to the fight for a better life for all humans and animals.
Layne - Martial Arts Enthusiast. Loves working in the yard and loving on the animals. Still trying to figure out what he wants to be when he grows up.
